1 [Mochitsuki Line]
Polish the glutinous rice and wash it.
Steam the glutinous rice and add it.
After that, sandwich it between plastic plates and stretch it out.
Put the mochi board in a special cart and store it in the refrigerator.
・Put glutinous rice in the line.
・Put mochi into the hopper.
• Supply plastic plates to the line.
・Moving a dedicated cart to a refrigerator, etc.

2 [Mochi packaging]
Store in the refrigerator, cut the solidified mochi and wrap it.
・Transport the special cart from the refrigerator to the packaging room.
・Remove mochi from the dedicated cart.
・The mochi is cut by a machine.
・Inspect the cut mochi.
・Wrap mochi with a wrapping machine.
・Check the contents of the seal and print on the wrapped mochi.
・Pack the wrapped mochi into a cardboard box.
