[Making delicious cheese]
《Cheese mincing and melting work》
Performs the pre-process of cheese production.
・Multiple 20kg raw cheeses (1 to 5 pieces per lot) are delivered on a conveyor belt. Turn over the film of raw cheese with a knife.
・Put the cheese into the machine and mince it. Weigh out the minced cheese.
・Put the minced raw cheese and additives into the pot and perform the blending process.
・Stir the inside of the pot and scrape out the processed cheese.
・Clean the pot after production.

《Cheese packaging line work》
・Individual products flow from the belt conveyor. Visually inspect for packaging defects.
-Replenish packaging materials, troubleshoot problems such as product jams, and perform input operations.
・Some lines involve manual boxing work.
